Trina Bivens is a Colorado-based filmmaker and co-owner of Post Interactive. The company was founded in 2009 to produce documentary films, and marketing and advertising commercial campaigns.
Award Winning Producer
Within this brief period, Post Interactive has produced award-winning documentaries and commercials in several genres and industries, including the documentary short film Breaking Through: Memories of the Tuskegee Airmen. The film won the highest honor, the “Lifetree Film Award” from the 2012 Lifetree Film Festival while also garnering the top prize of “Audience Favorite” from the audience gathered at the University of Iowa’s Hawkeye Theatre.
Along the Way
Prior to forming Post Interactive, Bivens began her career at Marketing Associates in Michigan, working with Ford Motor Company. She subsequently moved to Campbell Ewald Advertising working with Chevrolet. She was Project Manager for five brands for catalogs, chevy.com, and the Chevy Ad Planner web site.
How It All Began
A graduate of Michigan State University in East Lansing (B.S. Advertising, 2002), Bivens’ entrepreneurial drive led her to establish Post Interactive, Inc. in 2009 where she has directed web and video production for clients across the country including corporate, entertainment and e-commerce campaigns.
